The
following are the system requirements, that you will need
to have in order to use our system:

Operating
System:
Any Windows operating system.

Browser:
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Screen
Resolution:
Preferably 800 X 600 or higher than that.

Plugins
for some softwares like Shockwave
Flash, Adobe
Acrobat, Word
Viewer.
Presently
only Internet Explorer is supported by this system. We are
in the process of making this Tutor compatible with
Netscape and other browsers. You
can download Internet Explorer by following this link.

Go
to the site www.arktutor.com/elearn
-
Click
on the link Forgot password.
-
A
window will pop up. Fill in your user id and submit.
-
Your
Login password will me mailed to you at the email
address provided by you when you had registered.
If
you have forgot your Login id / User id / Email provided,
you need to contact us at online_support@arktutor.com
If
the Email address provided by me during registration, is
no longer valid, you need to contact us at online_support@arktutor.com
You
might be facing this problem because you Session
might have expired.
The
reason because of which your Session expires is.

For
your security, your Online Education Network session
expires a maximum of 30 minutes after you have logged
in. This ensures that nobody else can access your
information after 30 minutes.
If
you see this message immediately after logging in, you
should check the following:
Ensure
that the correct date is on your computer by doing the
following:
1. Click on START button on task bar, Go to SETTINGS,
CONTROL PANEL. Then double click on Date/Time option.
2. The 'Date/Time Properties' window appears. Under the
'Date' section, verify that the correct month, day, and
year appear.
3. If the incorrect month or year appears, please adjust
accordingly by using the arrows located to the right of
each field.
4. If the incorrect day appears, please click the correct
day on the calendar.
5. Click the 'Apply' button and click the 'OK' button.
